Daffy Farms (formerly Daffy Apple) is a successful company. It’s been that way since 1951 mainly because the company makes the best caramel apples. Truly. Fresh, crisp seasonal apples dipped in a proprietary recipe of delicious caramel. While the apple seems to get the attention, the key to their success has always been the caramel itself.
Working with Daffy, we helped them fine tune their vision. First, a name change from Daffy Apple to Daffy Farms – appropriate given the company’s expanded product focus beyond apples. Then, new product extensions and packaging for caramel corn and “bulk” caramel for bakers and foodservice operators.
The Company’s vision, whether it’s apples, caramel corn, or an ingredient for baking, is to be the leader in all things caramel. For Daffy, everything revolves around the caramel itself. Caramel is the brand’s essence. And bringing the brand to life means showing this caramel in all its glory. Deliciously. Emotionally.
