Client Need: Aquamantra, Inc. is a growth stage, premium bottled water company operating in southern California. In order to take its business to the next level, the Company needed a business and financial plan, and critically, funding.
Solution: Retained by Aquamantra, BrandWerks’ John Recca helped the Company refocus its vision and business model to plan regional and national expansion. Next, a business plan was created, including 5-year financial projections and investment valuation. When complete, Mr. Recca created a private placement stock offering and assisted the Company in raising funding toward its $1M goal. John also helped Aquamantra secure new distribution and sales programs with Albertson’s, Whole Foods and other retail customers.
